Technical information

We always attach great importance to describing our products in our shop in detail, so that there are no bad purchases. This includes, for example, original photos, aural description, technical details...

At this point we would like to point out once again that the specified length of all our prefabricated cables describes the total length of the cable, ie the overall length from connector tip to connector tip!

So if you are not sure, or have measured rather tightly, we advise you to order the next larger length. We would also be happy to manufacture your cable individually if the appropriate standard length is not available. We look forward to your inquiry in this regard.

Sustainability / Packaging / Environment

Sustainability and environmental protection is also a big topic for us!

Since we both produce goods and operate a mail order business, we attach great importance to not polluting the environment with unnecessary waste and, if at all possible, avoid unnecessary plastic packaging.

Our goods are packed in polybags (so that no dirt gets into the products), but these are usually unlabelled, have a pressure seal and can therefore be reused hundreds of times for other things.

We use around 95% paper or cardboard as filling material for the packages. For example, we only use air cushions made of plastic for filling for around 5%, which we take from packages from our suppliers and Not to buy!

In addition, to ensure our legal obligations, we have joined the return system of Landbell AG, Mainz.

In the workshop and office, too, we pay strict attention to strict waste separation (plastic packaging/paper/rest) and dispose of this properly to the local disposal company.

Climate protection and sustainability are also very important to our shipping service provider DHL.
